    PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT AND ONLINE ENROLMENT FOR SY 2020-2021
    (For Theresian completers of SY 2019-2020)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENROLMENT
     

    Students qualified to enroll online are the following:

     
    1. Regular students who successfully passed SY 2019-2020
    2. Students who are cleared of all academic requirements for the SY 2019-2020
    3. Students who have no back accounts for SY 2019-2020
     

    If a student lacks any one of the above qualifications, she is not eligible to enroll.

    STEPS TO FOLLOW

    A. Procedure of Online Payment
     
    1. Parents will check the school’s website (www.stcqc.edu.ph) for the corresponding tuition of their child’s grade level.
    They may opt to pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

    2. Payment options:
     
    2.1. Parents may deposit directly to the account of:  St. Theresa’s College of Quezon City in the following banks:
     
    • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Acct No. 0213-3729-71;
    • Metrobank  (MBTC)  Acct No. 065-3-06513820-5
    • Philippine Savings Bank (PSB)  Account No. 015400001044
    • Security Bank Corporation  (SBC)  Account No. 0920410000014

     

    NOTE: The deposit slip must be accomplished in triplicate (1) for the parent, (1) for the bank and (1) for STC.Only deposit slips with proper machine validation will be accepted as proof of payment. Proof of payment may be e-mailed/sent to stcqc_registrar@yahoo.com or submitted to the Registrar’s Office from June 29 to July 28; 7:30 to 11:30 AM.  Please write your daughter’s name, grade level, contact number, and the mode of payment (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) before sending or submitting it to the Registrar’s Office.
     
    OR
     
    2.2 Parents may also pay/ transfer funds to the account of:  St. Theresa’s College of Quezon City using the following internet /  online banking:
     
    • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Acct No. 0213-3729-71;
    • Metrobank  (MBTC)  Acct No. 065-3-06513820-5
    • Philippine Savings Bank (PSB)  Account No. 015400001044
     
    NOTE: The bank will issue a payment notification which you will have to print and present as proof of payment.  Proof of payment may be e-mailed/sent to stcqc_registrar@yahoo.com or submitted to the Registrar’s Office from June 29 to July 28; 7:30 to 11:30 AM.  Please write your daughter’s name, grade level, contact number, and the mode of payment (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) before sending or submitting it to the Registrar’s Office.
           
    IMPORTANT: Any processing fee that the bank will charge will be shouldered by the parent.
    This completes the online payment for enrollment.
     
     
    B. Procedure for Online Enrolment
     
    1. The Registrar’s staff will assess the child accordingly, print the Assessment/Enrolment Form (AEF) , and the corresponding deposit slip/notification form (A2.1 & A2.2)
    2. The AEF, together with the payment notification/deposit slip, will be forwarded to the Treasurer’s Office (TO) for their signature.
    3. The Registrar’s staff will send an e-mail to the parents informing them of their daughter’s Grade and Section.  They will be reminded too of the schedule of purchasing of books, supplies, and uniform (June 29 to July 28, 2020; 7:30 to 11:30 AM)
    4. The Official Receipt will be e-mailed to the parent after the payment has been verified by the TO staff.

     

    C. Mode of delivery of learning packet
