During enrolment time, you were asked to answer the survey on Mode of Delivery of Learning of your daughter. In case, you haven’t accomplished this, you can access it on our STCQC website. If we don’t get any response from you until July 28, 2020 your daughter will be considered as an ONLINE learner.B. DRY RUN SCHEDULE FOR ONLINE LEARNERS
JULY 29, 2020 (WEDNESDAY) - GRADES 1 TO 6JULY 30, 2020 (THURSDAY) - PRE- KINDER AND KINDERAll those who are officially enrolled by July 28, 2020 can join the dry run.The other details regarding this will be posted soon.C. FOR ALL OFFLINE LEARNERS
1. Kindly submit/leave the following items at the Grade School Information Area from July 28 to July 30, 2020 from 8:00 AM- 11:30 AM:a. 2 flash disks (preferably 8 GB each to be used for all subjects for the entire year) Please label these with the student’s name, grade, and section.b. 2 long brown and 2 long plastic envelopesPlease label these with the student’s name, grade, and section at the upper left corner of the envelopes.Example: AVILA, TERESA S. 2- GENEROSITY2. Inside the envelope please put a paper with the following details:a. Name of Studentb. Grade and Sectionc. Name of person/s who will get and return the learning packets as well as 2 pcs of their 2 x 2 ID pictures. Please do not paste the pictures, just clip them to the paper.The pictures will be used as reference by the class adviser and by the guard at the gate.Thank you very much.
