APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION AND ENROLMENT FOR SY 2023-2024:

STEP ONE: Scan the following documents and upload in the portal for application for admission.

1. Birth Certificate (2 photocopies)

2. Baptismal Certificate (1 photocopy)

3. Report cards of previous levels beginning Grade 7 (1 photocopy each)

4. Certified True Copy of Current Report Card

5. Accomplished Recommendation Form (Download form from STCQC website)

6. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the child’s current school

7. 1 x 1 colored ID pictures (2 pcs.)

8. Alien’s Certificate of Registration (1 photocopy) – For foreign applicants only

9. Passport Data Page (1 photocopy) – For foreign applicants only

Step Two: Wait for an email from the admissions officer once the documents have been   submitted.
