Culminating Activity for Nutrition Month

The Science Area of the Grade School Department, in collaboration with the Arts and Work Education Area, is indeed thankful for the opportunity to celebrate life through the Nutrition Month. Since the beginning of July, everyone was reminded of the importance of health and environment to human beings. Thus, various activities on nutrition were given to all the levels. Some of the activities that everyone participated in were Coloring Activity for Grades 1 and 2, Slogan Making  for Grades 3 and 4, On-the-spot Healthy Recipe Making Contest for Grade 5 level, and Healthy Fruit and Vegetables Shake Concoction Contest For Grade 6 students. Likewise, the teachers and Support Services Personnel also had their share on Healthy, Delicious, and Cheap Snack Recipe making and cooking.

 On July 25, Tetra Pak Philippines also joined in the celebration by bringing their Eco-Caravan in the Grade School Department . The Grades 2 and 3 students enjoyed the different activities  Prepared by the Tetra Pak Philippines. The students also had their Milk-Drinking activity and READ Session on that same day. Indeed, everyone enjoyed the tetra milk and chocolate drinks provided by the Tetra Pak Philippines.

On July 31, 2017, the entire Grade School Department witnessed the culmination of a month-long activity with a blast as the Science Area  punctuated their  worthy endeavors with the much awaited presentation -  the Bahay-Kubo Pageant!
