PRAYER SERVICE IN HONOR OF OUR LADY OF LOURDES

In celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes (February 11), the whole HS Community gathered this morning to offer prayers, songs, flowers and petitions to our Lady. The Grade 10-2 class named after the Our Lady of Lourdes led the whole community in solemn prayer.

We are one with the whole Catholic Community as we pray to Our Lady of Lourdes...

Oh ever Immaculate Virgin, Mother of Mercy, Health of the Sick, Refuge of Sinners, Comforter of the Afflicted, you know our wants, our troubles, our sufferings. Look upon us with mercy.

When you appeared in the grotto of Lourdes, you made it a privileged sanctuary where you dispense your favors, and where many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal. We come, therefore, with unbounded confidence to implore your maternal intercession. Our loving Mother, obtain our requests. We will try to imitate your virtues so that one day, we may share your company and bless you in eternity.
