Application For Car Gate Pass
1. Parents of students in Grades 1 to 6 who intend to drop off or pick up their children on campus using a private car must obtain a car gate pass.
 

2. Application Dates & Time:
July 12,13,14, & 17
@ 8:30 - 11:30 AM and
1:00 - 2:30 PM at the
High School Stationery

Please enter Gate 2 and park inside the campus car park only.
 

3. Please bring the following:
a. Vehicle's Certificate of Registration &
Official Receipt (2 photocopies)
b. Parent-/Guardian-/Driver-Fetcher's-Driver's License
(2 photocopies)
c. Gate Pass Fee (to include car pass sticker)
 

Note: Car Gate Pass is only for 4-wheeled motor vehicles.
